Tidemarsh Law - Where we take strict constructionism to a whole new level

We at Tidemarsh University take stock in our brethren who understand that the Constitution of the United States should be strictly interpreted as the framers of our great nation intended consistent with the cultural norms of time. Some might say that makes less "progressive," or "out of touch with reality." In response,  we say that we really don't care as long as the current administration keeps pumping the grant money to us.

The truth is, we are very progressive in our own way. Tidemarsh Law School has teemed up our Department of Physics to promote our own unique brand of "Relative Strict Constructionism." After all, it was Einstein that explained that time is an illusion because, in relativity, past, present, and future all exist together in spacetime — the flow of time is something our minds experience, not a fundamental property of the universe.

Applying this principle gives us flexibility to strictly construe the consistution as the framers weould do in the 12th centry or the 25th, depending up what best suits our needs. Even if you''ve been rejected by the rest, come see why Tidemarsh is the best.
